Laem Sing Beach

On The Beach Of Laem Sing

Squeezed between Kamala Beach and Surin Beach, Laem Sing Beach is only 150 meters long but is a favorite among locals and tourists alike because of its stunning scenery. Indeed, the beach of Laem Sing is very scenic, located on a crescent bay covered in soft, golden sand which is fronted by clear waters and backed by rows of palms and other trees. There is also a pile of rocks on one end which provides an excellent photo opportunity.

Because of its renowned beauty, the beach can be crowded during the high season but is rather secluded at other times of the year, which is when you can truly appreciate the views. Apart from the beach, there is nothing much else that the area has to offer but most who come here are content just to lounge on this fragment of paradise.

Laem Sing Beach Activities

The waters around Laem Sing Beach are calm most of the year so unless you see some red flags up, go ahead and take the plunge. You can also go snorkelling at the southern end of the beach where you can find yourself surrounded by colorful fish begging to be fed in minutes. You can try body boarding and wakeboarding at the northern end, too.

During the high season, it is possible to rent out jet-skis, banana boats and sea kayaks, as well as speed boats and glass-bottomed boats that you can use to explore the area.

Laem Sing Beach Facilities

Sun chairs and parasols can be rented out here. While there are no public toilets, there are restaurants nearby that won’t mind if you use theirs. There is also a makeshift shower on the southern end if you want to wash up after your swim.

Laem Sing Beach Restaurants

Because Leam Sing Beach is not very big, there are not that many restaurants here. Still, there are a few open-air restaurants right on the beach where one can enjoy a well-prepared meal while soaking in the views, and a handful of Italian and Thai restaurants nearby.
